  • Ideally is experienced with a minimum of 2 - 3 years in the industry (but is not required).


Typical Day in the Life of an Global Estate Link Agent


  • Prospecting new client relationships, both in person and via phone, and networking with other industry professionals
  • Advising clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies
  • Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research
  • Talking to clients overseas on different time zones
  • Having business conversations and preparing business communications in a different language (not required)
  • Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends, and what's happening in business community
  • Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
  • Prospecting new client relationships, both in person and via phone, and networking with other industry professionals
  • Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, and purchase and sales agreements
  • Participating in best-in-class training virtually, and ongoing skills-development workshops
